K & P has been building relationships one project at a time for 40 years.
Our philosophy is to focus on design built custom homes
and renovations, built to your needs and budget.
K & P Contracting Ltd. originated as a partnership between Jack Parsons and Francis Keating in 1976. From the beginning, the company's main goal was to offer the best possible quality and customer satisfaction in the home building industry. It was also the company's goal to provide employment in general contracting for themselves and others while building a company with high standards.
In 2013 K & P moved to a second generation company. Wayne Keating - Lead Carpenter, and Curtis Mercer - President & CEO, now lead the company. Building on the past success achieved by Jack and Francis, it is their plan to propel K & P into the future as an industry leader.
Offering General Contracting, Building and Custom Renovations for over 40 years, K & P will Design, Manage, and Build (or any part in between) your new home. We offer homes customized to your needs and budget from our 900 sq ft Brandy to the 9000 sq ft Church Cove.
The K & P team operate hands-on with every aspect of the business. Experience has shown the company's success has been a result of customer satisfaction. Most new clients have originated from previous customer referrals.
