Renovations
K & P's first contract was a residential renovation job. Once word got out of a job well done, there was no looking back. We have since expanded our customer base and over the years have successfully completed many contracts.
Many of our renovation jobs have been repeat customers who have come to rely on K & P's dependability and honesty. We confer with the client and listen to their recommendations. We let them know what needs to be done, and what can happen if it is not taken care of properly. We will provide you with a firm estimate of cost. If we can not do the best job for you, the customer, we will recommend someone who will better meet your needs. We won't do something if we can't guarantee you the best possible job.
K & P has completed many types of renovation work in commercial and industrial buildings. We also carry out regular maintenance for a number of clients ranging from a one hour job to weeks of work. We depend on a satisfied customer for positive word of mouth about our company.
