I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a job exceedingly well done.

Our "Dream Home" certainly meets or exceeds our expectations in virtually every way possible.

None of it would have been possible without the absolutely incredible staff of professionals that you employ as well as the very capable and competent subs that you recommended that we hire.

I have spent nearly 40 years in and around the construction industry. I have personally had 6 houses built and 3 very significant remodeling jobs done on my homes over the years. I have no hesitation whatsoever in telling you that your crews are the simply the best I`ve ever encountered. I`m not just speaking about the obvious pride that they have in doing the job well, but also in doing it the best way possible. Time and again I have repetitively noticed that they went the extra mile.They were quick to point out the way things were being done by others on the job that they didn`t think would meet my expectations. They would also not proceed with something if they felt there was a better way to do it. Then they would take the time to educate me so that I could make the best decision possible.

The other thing that truly inspired me about your wonderful work force was their collective positive attitude.Each and everyone of them always seemed to have a smile for us, even though we were probably the last people they wanted to see on the site.They would take time to share some knowledge or a story or a joke. They were always courteous, friendly and most helpful. I really liked that.

Jack, I`m not sure if I told you how we selected KP to build our log home, but it was quite interesting. I sent an e-mail out to over a hundred friends and business associates asking for a referral. You company`s name came up more than any other in the area. Of course you and I have been known to each other since our first trip to Japan back in the 90`s , and that was certainly a very positive experience. The clincher was all the time, effort and energy you and your team put into making Gloria and I comfortable with the quality of your work and the very wonderful plans that you put together after so many changes.

Of course , you always save the best for last. Whatever else you do to improve your business , the very first thing you need to explore is "How do we clone Francis Keating?". What an extraordinary person.

There are not enough words that Gloria and I can put together in this message that would adequately describe the respect and admiration we have for this man.He is simple incomparable. I mentioned previously about my years of experience in and around construction over the years. I can truthfully say that absolutely nobody is his equal in the construction industry .He has a very quite , effective way that he goes about doing his ( our) business, he seems to have thought about 3 or 4 possible solutions to every problem that we raise, he recognizes things that need to be addressed well in advance of everyone else. He takes on all suggestions / complaints/ criticisms , etc without fanfare and then he quietly resolves all the issues. He does all this with a number of other clients at the same time and yet he still has a smile on his face. To misquote a well known 20th century philosopher "YOU`RE A GOOD MAN ,FRANCIS KEATING".

If any of your current staff have any of his abilities and attributes , then I would suggest that you keep them close to Francis so that they can learn to develope and grow in the years to come.

In closing , let me reiterate our strong feelings about the job that was very , very well done by K & P Contracting. We are very pleased indeed.
