We understand that you are planning on entering our home for the "Homebuilder of the Year" award, and we are honoured. We cannot write enough good things about out experience building a home with K & P Contracting

To begin with, seeing as we were moving from across the country, we had a few concerns about building a new home while being thousands of miles away. However, after meeting with you, we felt that you were a builder who could be trusted, and throughout the building process you proved that to be true. You went far beyond the call of duty to make the most of or limited time in Newfoundland prior ro our move. Even across miles and time zones, you were approachable, accessible, and always helpful. We were completely confident leaving the homebuilding process in our hands.

And now that our home is built, it speaks for itself. It is full of quality workmanship and attention to detail that demonstrate a level of professionalosm not often found. In fact, even our pre-purchase home inspector was impressed with the quality fo workmanship displayed in our home.

Overall, we had a fabulos experience with K & P, as well as those hired by K & P. If the oppertuntiy arose, we would not hesitate to build a home with you again, and we would be glad to recommend you to anyone else considering building a new home.
