Wayne is the newest member of K & P’s management team. Wayne has been in training from a very early age, first by Francis to become a carpenter and team lead, and by Jack in his project management skills.

During the past five years he has become a very effective onsite project manager. His real expertise lies in framing as he leads K & P’s advanced framing team. He is also a key member of the safety committee.
