It was Francis’ experience in the late 60s early 70's that gave K & P its strong technical start. When the partnership was founded the experience was shared between both partners and the company grew, as well as the experience.

Today Francis leads the onsite portion of the business as well as development of subdivisions and oversees the growth of each employee of K & P. Francis works on a day to day basis onsite in cooperation with trade people and sub trades.

His ability to lead, combined with his ability to work effectively as a team leader, and an educator is what makes K & P’s staff so effective in doing their job. Francis has a great dedication to each and every job, ensuring that customer satisfaction is his top priority.
