Over the years K & P's market has expanded to international markets, specifically Japan and Lithuania.

Most new clients have originated from previous customer referrals. Continual improvement is K & P's philosophy, where the company has learned and improved from every new home and renovation completed.

Jack has delivered seminars in UK, Ireland, China, Japan and throughout Canada. K & P has expanded to building homes for global clients world wide in places like Japan, Ireland, etc. To date, K & P is the only contractor in the province with a Project Management Professional (PMP) on staff and as well, K & P was the first residential company to employ a Residential Commissioner to ensure that all their clients interests are fully protected.
